AC500 -> code 097 (in app it shows "defect A035") but batteries works well on another AC500

Hi all,
maybe someone has an idea…

I’ve just implement an AC500 with 2x B300S. From the beginning it shows the error code 097 (in app “defect A035”). Of course, the temperature of all devices are > 18°C in our facility room.

I’ve also taken the chance to test these two batteries with my other AC500 device - and yes, no problems with the batteries. Btw. the “old” batteries don’t work with my new AC500, too…

…I think, AC500 has a serious defect. Am I right?

@sledge_who Reporting 097 indicates that the BMS temperature is abnormal.

  1. Ensure that the working environment temperature is within the range of the machine. If you have confirmed this point, then refer to No.2
  2. If multiple battery packs are connected, please connect the AC500 with the battery one by one and check which battery pack reports 097.
  3. Close that battery pack and place it in a cool place for three hours and then open it to see if the 097 is still reported. If it still reports, that means there is a problem with that B300S.

Or we have a firmware that may work, do you want to test it?

It works now.
While connecting each battery alone one by one (and of course with a lot of “shut down/restart”) the error was not shown.
At the end connecting all togehter again, no error anymore - strange…
