I have an AC500 with 2 B300s. I was attempting to charge the batteries from the grid resulting in an Alarm: “059. Grid Frequency High”
The AC Input Voltage fluctuates between 118 to 130 Volts
The AC Input Frequency is at 60 Hz
There are 0 Watts
What’s the issue?
@SureHope Please follow the steps:
- Make sure the AC output voltage and frequency of the machine are set correctly. For example, if you use a 120V/60Hz socket in the United States, you need to adjust the voltage frequency to the corresponding 120V/60Hz.
- Try to adjust the current to be lower. The password is 159873. This code is used to change the current, so it should be clear that you must make sure your grid is corresponding to this specification. Otherwise, it may cause a safety hazard. Please pay attention to electricity safety.
- Restore factory settings
Looking forward to your update. And if above can’t solve the problem, please take a picture of the screen showing the AC input. Thank you.
Thank you much. I restored factory settings and it is charging very well.
@SureHope Thanks for your update.
