Hello Bluetti Support,
I am experiencing a connection problem with my AC500 (Serial Number: AC5002330000014336). The unit is unable to maintain connection to your server via Wi-Fi.
Issue description:
- In the app, when I select the device, I am prompted to RESET WIFI.
- I perform the reset and connect to my home optical fiber network.
- The app shows Status: Connected to Server, but shortly after it prompts me to reset Wi-Fi again.
- I have tested both my local optical fiber provider and Starlink — same result.
- The device only works through Bluetooth connection.
Main problem:
Because of this, the Energy Statistics section is always empty (0.00 kWh for PV, Grid, DC, AC) and I cannot see power generation or consumption data.
Troubleshooting steps I have already tried:
- Factory Reset of the device
- Removed and re-added the device in the app
- Deleted and reinstalled the mobile app
- Tried different Wi-Fi networks (optical fiber and Starlink)
None of these steps resolved the issue.
Firmware versions:
- IoT: v9041.10
- ARM: v4048.04
- DSP: v4057.30 The app reports that the system is up to date and no updates are required.
Additional notes:
- Server Status in Network Settings sometimes shows Connected, but the app still requests Wi-Fi reset.
- Bluetooth connection works fine, but server-dependent features (energy statistics) remain unavailable.
I have attached screenshots showing the firmware version, network status, error messages, and empty energy statistics.
Please advise how to resolve this issue so that my AC500 can connect to your server via Wi-Fi and display energy statistics correctly.
