I connected a B300K and a B500K to my AC500. So far it seems to work. The only thing that bothers me: When I look at the Battery stats I see my batteries connected as BatteryPack 2 and BatteryPack 3. Shouldn’t it be Pack 1 and 2? Note: It makes no difference to which battery connector I connect on the AC500 and the Batteries.

I think it depends on which Battery Port you are using to connect the packs with each other. When you try a different wiring, it also show different in the App
Your main unit (AC500) has a master controller that assign unique static identifiers to its slaves (batteries) in a round-robin fashion. Each battery has a unique identifier and that is associated with a unique battery ID (slot) when the battery is first connected, the ID will then remain static on power cycles and even if battery is port-swapped to uniquely identify the battery over time.

So, no worries, it’s completely normal for batteries to be assigned with non-sequential IDs.
