Hi,
we are currently using an AC500 with one B300S module, and it’s behaving wrong. When the charge reaches 50% remaining, suddenly starts to discharge rapidly and suddenly turns everything off before reaching the 0% (load being always the same).
We’ve tried already recharging completely and discharging cycles, but still has the described behaviour.
What should we do to fix the issue?
