I have an issue with my AC500+2xB300S setup, it started giving error 103 (BMS cable). I’ve tried swapping cables around to no avail, so I would like to request that firmware update is pushed to my system to see if that helps.
Current BMS firmware on my system is 1022.09 and I can see an announcement that there are newer versions.
Hi @AlexxV, this issue is indeed related to the cable and cannot be resolved through a firmware update.
The AC500 has two battery expansion ports. Please test both battery ports separately and make sure the cable is securely locked at both ends. If it still doesn’t work, you’ll need to contact customer service to arrange warranty service.
