Dear Community Members,
I have an AC500 with one B300S used in Standard UPS mode which is not granting energy to connected devices once energy from grid shut down. An error message occurs: 004 Battery Voltage High - Hardware.
The only input is from AC grid (231V / 118W) while AC output (as for now) is 230V/114W.
Current Firmware is the following:
IoT: v9041.02
ARM: v4048.02
DSP: v4047.03
Could you please provide me with any suggestion aimed to get this fixed ?
Many thanks and best regards.

@BLUETTI I have a similar issue, would the firmware update correct it?
Whenever I try to charge to 100% I get the 004 error on my Bluetti AC500 UK Version (240V). If I let it sit for a while until the alarm goes away then I can top up the few % it’s lost to 100%, but it happens every time I try to do a big charge after using it.
The B300s firmware is: v1002.08
My SN: 2232000014089
