AC500+2XB300S: Clear errors via APP from remote to get Battery back online

Hi,
it happened to me after Discharging over night that one of the B300S went offline with “Batt. Drained” error.
When the sun came back, ONLY the other battery started to charge.
I had to manually clear the fault and push the button on the second battery so it also startet to charge.

I am not always at home, therefore my question:

Is it possible to display/clear such “Batt. Drained” errors from remote and get this offline battery back online ?

If not, please add that as feature request.
Since the battery still has got 10% charge internally when the display says 0% it should still have enough power to answer to requests to set I back online and start charging. So technically it should be no problem.

If you had error 054 “D-Batt. Drained” that should automatically clear once the battery reach > 5% SoC.
Did you find the AC500 on, one B300s on and this second B300s off (button green light was dark) so you had it offline on the AC500 and you had to manually push the B300s button to power it on?

Yes, the scenario was exactly like that.

But before the Solarpanels startet to charge the AC500 + the two B300S green lights were off.
After the Solarpanel charge startet, the AC500 + one B300S became green.
But the second B300S stayed dark and I had to manually turn it on.
Alarm 054 “D-Batt. Drained” was in the display.

Actually I recognised that the 2nd battery is missing after 2 days because Discharge/Charge was faster then usual.
Then I saw that “Alarm 054 “D-Batt. Drained” was displayed and that the green light on the second battery off.

It would be great to have the Alarm also displayed in the App…

As far as I understand the AC500 turns itself and the attached batteries off when the internal SOC of the batteries reaches 10% to avoid deep discharge.
So there should be still enough battery power left for both batteries to communicate with the AC500 and to wakeup/charge when solar power starts again.
