I just bought this unit new and received it about two weeks ago. I’ve been using it without problems in conjunction with one extra battery pack (B300K). Tonight I tried plugging it into AC inside (I normally use it in my RV, where it charges from the inverter AC output). I turned it off before moving it inside. Now it won’t turn on. Completely dead.
UPDATE: So, I never did get it to turn on by itself, when I brought just the AC300 inside. But, sure enough, when I brought it back out to the RV and hooked it back up to the B300, it fired to life (along with the B300) with no problem. It is still showing just the 30% charge as when it last worked, but at least now I think I’ll be able to charge it off the RV AC. Evidently, somehow it is linked to the B300, so when I disconnected the two, it wouldn’t boot on its own. This is not ideal and I saw nothing referenced about this. Other than this glitch in the matrix, both units have been working well, and they are exceedling helpful in RV life.
Hi @ScottSaunders, Thank you for your attention to Bluetti.
The AC300 is solely an inverter and does not have a built-in battery. Therefore, it cannot power on or operate without being connected to the B300K battery pack. This design allows the AC300 to achieve maximum high-power inversion capabilities while offering excellent scalability.
