AC300 Split Phase setup questions?

Hello Bluetti Forum people, I have a few questions about the split phase setup I hope to have answered before I actually hook everything up and enter split phase mode. I do not plan to integrate my AC300 system with my home;s main power panel. My house was built in 1956 before AC outlets were grounded, and the entire house needs a wiring upgrade. The complete upgrade cannot happen with my current budget, but I am adding at least one new grounded AC outlet in every room. The original panel was a “Pushmatic” breaker/meter panel that needs to be replaced. That also is not within my current budget, but I have done a partial panel upgrade by moving all the branch circuits into a new subpanel. Now just one new 100 amp pushmatic breaker remains in the 1956 panel feeding a 2-2-2-4 AWG cable for supplying power to the new subpanel that feeds all the branch circuits.
I will eventually rewire the entire house but for now I will keep my solar independent from the ungrounded grid system.
I have added a second distribution panel for routing the dedicated Bluetti solar power to my new grounded branch outlets that are now surge protected to grounded outlets and protecting my sensitive electronic devices.
My first question is about how to ground the independent solar setup. I understand that neutral and ground must be bonded where the main grid power enters the house, For my grid power that remains in the old Pushmatic panel with the single 100 amp “main” that feeds the new sub panel where neutral and ground are not bonded.
For the independent Bluetti AC300 solar power setup and interfacing with the “floating ground”, I want to make sure I have the (isolated solar) circuit panel grounded correctly. I believe, as with a main grid service entry, the solar panel should also have the neutral and ground bonded? My other question is about using the split phase fusion box to connect with the L14-30 input that powers my solar distribution panel? Many Bluetti Forum people have reported the split phase fusion box to be problematic? Should I just get the basic AC300 split phase output cable? Thank you very sincerely in advance for taking the time to read all of this and any help and/or guidance you can share with me to get this all setup safely and without damaging any of the equipment.
