AC300’s NOT sharing the load.

Got a couple AC300’s in split phase. They are going to a Pro/Trans 2 installed by my electricians. I’m using Bluetti’s split AC output cable. But only unit shows power leaving.

Everything runs, but only watts leaving is from the Master unit. What going on?:thinking:

@SunFun28 Please check below

  1. Check whether the input current of the two machines is consistent
  2. Reset the AC output voltage of the two AC300s and make them consistent.
  3. Reset the UPS modes of the two AC300s and make them consistent.
  4. When connecting the distribution box or P030A, only the 240V socket/circuit breaker is loaded by two AC300s, while the other 120V sockets/circuit breakers are loaded by one AC300. If the 120V loads at both ends are inconsistent , it will cause the SOC/output power of the two AC300s to be unbalanced, so it is normal for the SOC output power of the two AC300s to be different.
