AC300 restarting with error 006

I have an AC300 with 2 B300 connected individually to the unit. The AC300 is plug my household outlet in a room in my home with 800 watts of solar. It is used to maintain and run my computer system and lights. It has been doing this for several years without issue. The output of power, total AC draw, has not changed in 7 months and generally does not go beyond a 500 hundred watts. Occasionally, I’ll also recharge yard tool batteries from the AC300 which may draw and additional 800 watts.

The firmware versions has been recently updates a couple of months ago.
loT - v9014.12
ARM - v4032.11
DSP - 4031.30
BMS - v1014.16

Today the unit restarted 3 times during normal usage. The alarm history shows the an error code of 00 006 and 01 006. The manual in the troubleshooting section describes the error as, SPS Voltage Low-Hardware (Please contact with the dealer if the error still exists after rebooting the unit.)

Before writing this I looked through forums and another user mas1701 seems the same issue. His issue recently started as well. His troubleshooting is well beyond what I have tried, but the Bluetti care response seems to indicate a firmware issue and i quote, “We also hope to push new firmware to solve this problem, because it’s really inconvenient to send it back for repair, and it will take some time for the logistics and repair process.”.

Should I still call support regarding this issue? Is there a bug in the firmware with a solution forthcoming? Thank you in advance.

Cheers

PS: Thank goodness for the autosaving draft form. KUDOS to that individual who added that feature as my AC300 restarted again before I could create this topic ;) .

Hi @mjl64, Generally speaking, upgrading to the latest firmware is helpful when encountering issues.
We notice that your IOT and BMS are not the latest versions. Have you received the pushed new firmware? Please provide the SN number of your AC300. We would like to know which model of battery pack you are using? Also, has your app been upgraded to the latest version?
After that, please disconnect all loads and then restart the unit. Does this help?

Thank you for checking the previous cases. Our solution to this problem is the same. Please troubleshoot according to the above steps. Upgrading and restarting without loads can solve most cases. However, if the firmware upgrade is ineffective in a few cases, you need to contact customer service to arrange warranty service.

Hello BLUETTI_CARE,
I have an iPhone (latest iOS) and there is no update to the Bluetti, Just Power On software. I have no new firmware for any of my hardware, versions as posted above. If there is an alternate method to perform firmware updates please let me know. As for the model of the B300, it is the B300 original unit sold by Bluetti, P/N 17.0301.0945-02A2.

Thank you for the prompt reply.
