Hello,
My Bluetti has been stationary in a basement and working well since April. However, it randomly stopped working yesterday. The green light on the power station turns on, and so does one of the batteries. But there is no LED display, power will not route through it. I have checked all connections are locked.
Is there anything I can do? It has not been through anything strenuous so I’m not sure what is going on. Batteries were not discharged, it was plugged into the wall outlet when this occurred.
Thanks for any support.

Please try below troubleshooting ways.
- Disconnect the B300 from the host, try to charge the B300 with the adapter and PV alone to see if the machine can be activated.
- If the ambient temperature is relatively low, try to place the machine in a warm place for three hours and try to warm up the B300’s vents with a blower and then turn it on to see if it can be turned on.
What is a PV?
The B300 that functions is charged. It will not do anything. The other B300 won’t turn on.
Still there is no change to the AC300. The screen won’t turn on at all.
Temperature is not low. I have reached out to support with no reply.
PV charging refers to connecting solar panels for photovoltaic charging.
Can the AC300 connect to another normal B300 alone and switch on?
