AC300 no longer connects to the WLAN/cloud

Hello,
I have 2 x AC300. One is running without any problems.
The other no longer connects to the WLAN after a power failure and therefore no longer connects to the cloud.

Completely switching off, WLAN on/off other WLAN of other routers did not bring any change.
The WLAN AP hangs within sight of 2m
Factory settings didn’t help either
Neither did another Android device

iot v9014.12 arm v4037.07 DSP v4036.30

I’m gradually running out of ideas.

Hi @Eddy7755

Did you try to set the Wifi Channel to a static one thats not 11, 12 or 13 (on 2,4 Ghz)?

Some routers use theese channels that only supported by a small number of devices.

Also would try to make a wifi hotspot from your smartphone, set max compatibility and see if its changes anything.

Let me know by tag me

greetings
Erik

Hi @Selfmadestrom

I have tested wifi channel 1, 6, 11 no connection to the wifi
I also tried the mobile phone hotspot, but it didn’t work either.
Today the software version 2.3.15 was released and it doesn’t work either. Previously 2.3.14 did not work either.
I don’t see in my Sophos XG that the bluetti wants to get an IP address.
The Bluetti does not connect to the wifi
My other Bluetti AC300 does 1x DHCP every 12h

Then it really looks like a defective WLAN Chip to me. Atleast there is nothing more that comes to my mind to actually check.

@BLUETTI_CARE Do you guys have any idea?

Hi @Eddy7755, Based on your description, since the other AC300 can connect normally, we can rule out a Wi-Fi signal issue.
Can this AC300 connect via Bluetooth? We plan to push the latest IOT firmware to you. Please provide us with the SN code of the AC300 so we can arrange this for you.
We appreciate @Selfmadestrom’s concern and suggestions regarding this matter; they are very helpful.

Our IT department will push the firmware to your unit in 1 working day.
Please upgrade the firmware next Monday. Please do not load any device when upgrading it.
Please let us know if it does help.

By the way, please note that if you need my assistance, please @BLUETTI_CARE, otherwise, I might not see your message and be able to help you promptly.

Hallo

@BLUETTI_CARE I have updated to iot v9014.13 and also rebooted. I have tried it with the mobile phone hotspot as well as with my WLAN but unfortunately still no connection :smiling_face_with_tear:
I don’t see a wifi request with the MAC address on the router either

Hi @Eddy7755, This appears unusual. We’ve escalated the issue to our technical team.
Could you confirm if any error codes appeared in the app when the WiFi connection failed? Please share the specific error codes with us to facilitate further troubleshooting.
