Arrived now that’s the latest addition to the family complete. AC300&B300k all set up all updated and fully charged now for the fun to begin.
I am also very proud to be part of the LAAF PROGRAM such a wonderful program helping family’s in Africa that aren’t as fortunate as us lighting that we all take for granted really make you think.

Are you trolling or do you have problems with your warranty handled?
If you require service, you should make your own thread and post all the details of the problems you are having with your system, if not done already.
If your unit is broken by your own fault, an accident or mistake, you should check for a paid repair service. Perhaps Perhaps Bluetti or your seller can do this for you and you can ask them a quote. If it was an accident you may get your repair costs covered by your house / house contents insurance.
Just spreading negativity in other peoples threads won’t help you, nor the topic starter nor the community. In general, the AC300 systems with their are well-established systems with many happy users. If your unit is faulty, you got 4 years of warranty.
