I have already checked for firmware updates using the BLUETTI app via Bluetooth connection, but the app shows that the device is already up to date and no updates are available.
Please push the latest available firmware for the AC300 and all connected B300 batteries so the system can be fully updated and synchronized.
The device is powered on, connected via Bluetooth, and ready for firmware upgrade.
Hi @tonino is there any particular reason you are looking for a new update? are you having any issues.
Is it battery pack 3 that you are looking to gat updated to the same as pack 1/2, it isn’t away possible to get the same version as it has a lot to do with the age of the batteries and different hardware that’s inside but If there is any custom firmware available bluetti will be able to push it to your unit. @BLUETTI_CARE
Remember it the Chinese new year at the moment so response time will take a bit longer at the moment.
Thank you for your reply. Yes, I’m having issues with my AC300 and one battery in particular. Even though the battery appears to be turned off, as soon as I connect it to the AC300 it powers the unit on. This seems to mean that it is still supplying current even when switched off.
My AC300 also shows error messages from time to time for no apparent reason, and then they disappear. This happens even when I am using the two other batteries that are working properly.
Thank you as well for reminding me about the Chinese New Year.
No probs tonino take a picture of the error code and the more information you can provide to Bluetti regarding your problem and I’ll speed up the process when they get back to you. I tagged @BLUETTI_CARE in the reply so hopefully won’t be too long before they get back to you.
The battery that is causing the problem is the first one from the bottom and it keeps turning on the AC 300 as soon as I connect it even if the AC 300 is off and the battery is off, so it’s as if it stays on even if the button is off. All this generates the error codes you see in the photo, while with the other batteries this doesn’t happen, the error codes come and go until I disconnect the defective battery. I say defective because I don’t know what the cause is. I also replaced the cable and it’s connected to the AC 300 alone, but nothing. I hope I was clear since I use a translator.
Hi @tonino, thank you for getting in touch with us.
I have applied to upgrade your system to our IT department. If the new firmware is available, they will complete the push within 24 hours.
Please upgrade the firmware tomorrow. Please do not load any device when upgrading it.
After that, please recalibrate the system.
Please help us test whether this B300 will still power on automatically after the firmware upgrade. If it does, disconnect all cables, turn off the B300, and then measure the voltage at the battery expansion port while the unit is powered off.
If voltage is detected, please contact customer service to arrange a repair.
Thank you for @Ktt’s attention and advices to this matter.
@BLUETTI_CARE Thank you for your concern.
Today, after several attempts, I saw an update available and I managed to download it to my phone. However, the AC300 did not update. The update never installs on the AC300, and everything remains exactly the same.
I tried with other iPads as well, deleting and reinstalling the app, and clearing the app data, but nothing changes. I also turned the AC300 off and on again.
What else can I do to force the update to install on the AC300?
Thank you.
I only saw the update once.
Now, even if I uninstall the app and reinstall it, the update is no longer shown, and the AC300 appears as updated even though it’s exactly the same as before.
In practice, nothing has changed.
Hi @tonino, thank you for your update.
Please note that the firmwares we pushed are BMS v1021.15 and BMS v1014.21, both for the B300 battery. Please connect only one B300 battery at a time and upgrade them one by one.
It is better to perform a full recalibration after the upgrade. Did this solve the issue? If not, we will need to arrange a repair service.
Hi @BLUETTI_CARE , thank you for your reply.
I followed your instructions and connected only one B300 battery at a time. However, the required firmware updates (BMS v1021.15 and BMS v1014.21) do not appear on my side.
In reality, the updates would be necessary for all three B300 batteries, but they are not available. The system shows that the batteries are already updated, even though they are still running the previous firmware versions and not the ones you mentioned.
The issue is still present, and one battery continues to show voltage output even when it is switched off.
Since the firmware updates cannot be performed and the problem persists, I will proceed with opening a repair ticket for the defective battery.
Thank you for your support.
Hi @tonino, we have applied to push the update again. Please try upgrading and testing again.
If the update does not resolve the issue and you need repair service, please contact us via private message and provide your order information and email address.
@BLUETTI_CARE Thank you for your interest. I have received the update for the three batteries, but even after the update the faulty battery continues to output voltage even when it is turned off. I have contacted the service center in my country to arrange a repair. Thank you again for the assistance you have provided.
