I have had beeping and error codes since I bought the unit. The most common are 00 001 and 01 001. I have also received a 01 016 and recently a F5 2F5. I don’t see a list of error code meanings anywhere. Can someone from support please help me on this issue?

To resolve this issue, please first log into the app and update all firmware to the latest version.
Then go to Advanced Settings in the app and enable Grid Self-adaption.
If this does not work, please lower the maximum input current of the AC300 on the touchscreen.
If the problem persists, it may be caused by an unstable grid or generator voltage or frequency outside the AC300’s input range. Please tap the AC input icon to check the details, and record a video for us to confirm.
Also, please provide your SN code and current firmware version.
