AC300 : error code 016

Hi,

I have an AC 300 and 2 B300 batteries.

From time to time I have code 01 016 errors that appear in the history. However, I have never seen this message in the alarms.

My system works, but I wonder what is the meaning of these errors ?

The manual talks about ‘DC Imput Voltage Low’. Which DC are we talking about?

The timings correspond to the end of charge of my batteries on AC. The outputs are off, there is no solar charge.

@ThierryFr Please check the extension cable is locked tightly and cross-check the input port and cable.
