AC300 Doesn't turn on

My new AC300 doesn’t work. I pushed the start button - it doesn’t turn green and the screen doesn’t light up. I tried plugging a small fan in the ac outlet - that doesn’t work either. I’m charging it now and nothing is charging. HELP

Did you attach a battery to your 300? The AC300 is a head unit and requires a battery for operation.

@OGD Please make sure the cable attached a battery is locked entirely. Also, please check if the battery can work separetely.
