AC300 Diversion Loads

I have 4, 410 watt, solar panels connected to an AC300 & 2 B300 batteries.
The 1600 watts of solar can quickly fill up the two batteries and then solar generation stops.
I would like to have a load connected to either one of the AC outlets or one of the DC outlets and have them turn on when the battery is almost full and turn off at a certain level of discharge.
2 problems.

  1. There is no way to configure that in the app.
  2. You need to turn the entire AC or DC output on or off. You can’t turn only one outlet on or off. In the summer I can run a small AC unit on one of the outlets. In order for that to work the AC needs to be wired to be on when AC power is connected to it. If I want to run AC items but not the AC unit, I need to unplug the AC, at which point it cannot turn on automatically if the SOC hits my desired level. On the DC side I keep the USB on for charging devices and cannot keep my DC load connected for automatic use.
The way the app is now is extremely basic and seems more of a marketing tool and monitoring device than a real control interface.

Hi @jaburgin, Yes, currently the AC300 can only turn on the entire AC/DC output, not just a single outlet.
We suggest using a smart plug, which allows you to remotely control the power of individual devices.

Regarding the issue of the USB device not staying on, we’d like to know if you have enabled the ECO mode. If this mode is on and you are using low-power DC devices, the machine may automatically shut off after a period of time.
