I have been using two AC300’s for several years and have 2 B300 batteries connected to each. I have it connected both to the 30 volt outlet using 30A AC Charging Cable For Split-Phase Function and to solar panels using the PV VOLTAGE STEP DOWN MODULE(D300S) to ensure that the solar panel input voltage does not exceed the limits of AC300 input.
This past week I found that one of the AC300 units automatically turned off the AC powered devices (so much for providing reliable power) giving the following errors and refused to enable AC output to be turned on.
- D_AMCU Warning
- DC Input Voltage Low
- D_BAT Drained
- BMS communication Interrupt
- BMS Communication Cable Error
When i disconnect the two batteries from this non-working AC300 with the exact same battery cable to my working AC300 the batteries THE BATTERIES WORK.
I have also tried to connect using the normal bluetti power cable that came with the unit - and that changed nothing.
ANY IDEAS ON HOW TO FIX THIS?
I used to use the Fusion box until I found out that it did not really support my deep well pump since the spike support needed to be at least 5000 watts which AC300 did not support. The communication cable between both boxes used to be connected to each other but is currently disconnected
