AC300 change AC Charging amps

I see that there is a setting for changing the amps for AC charging but it asks for a password and says to contact bluetti - I want to lower the amps from 15 to 10 - do I need a password for that or just to increase the amps to 30? If so, who do I contact to get the password?

Yes. You’ll need to email service@bluetti.com and request the password for your device. You’ll need to provide a justification on why you’re requesting to increase the input voltage as the 1-15amp is a safety threshold.
