AC300 Bluetooth Connection Issue

Hello everyone!
I already wrote about this issue on the forum via the Bluetti app, and I decided to post it here as well. I own an AC300 and I am experiencing a Bluetooth connection problem.
For some reason, I cannot connect to the unit on the first attempt. When I try to connect, the app (v3.0.1) just keeps loading indefinitely, while the AC300 itself shows that it is “Connected” (I also tried offline mode).
To try again, I have to turn Bluetooth off and then back on on my phone, repeat the steps, and only on the second or third attempt does the connection succeed. I tested this on two different phones, and the behavior is the same.
I would also like to ask if it is possible to add a Bluetooth password, similar to the AC500. Without a password, someone nearby (for example, a neighbor) could connect to the station and change settings, so I have to keep Bluetooth disabled.
Device information:
IOT: v9014.12
ARM: v4037.07
DSP: v4036.30

Hello!

Please follow these steps:

  1. Make sure the APP and IoT firmware are updated to the latest version.
  2. Try restarting the machine.
  3. Turn off and then turn on the Bluetooth on both the machine and your phone.
  4. If it still doesn’t connect, please log out and try using offline mode (Bluetooth direct connection) to see if you can connect to the machine. If you can connect, it might be due to poor mobile signal, as binding the device’s Bluetooth when logged in also requires a good network signal.
  5. If the device is already bound, try unbinding it and then reconnecting.
  6. Try downloading the APP again.
  7. If the APP’s interface for binding the machine does not display the machine’s SN at all, please consider requesting a repair.

Thank you!
