My Bluetti AC300 has an alarm when I switch on AC. This started happening when I used Transfer Switch Box (as ATS controller). The ATS was designed to use main or generator power with the AC300 as a standby. Testing the switch worked fine: that when the generator power was switched off, the Battery power kicked in powering the house. After several attempts, the AC300 indicated the alarm 008 OCP. I followed few of the recommended steps to troubleshoot and/or fix the error but has not restored the functionality.
Cleared the alarm and rebooted the system several times.
Switched on AC with loads connected; Switched on AC with loads disconnected.
Connected to Power Source with no loads.

I have seen some discussion on this same topic and have noted that the AC300 unit need to be replaced. Is there any one who has found a fix instead of turning the unit in for repair or replacement? I’d appreciate any advise or feedback.
Hi @JamesR , I agree with @Selfmadestrom 's opinion, please click the link he provided for reference.
When the distribution box is installed, the N line (meaning the utility N line and the machine out N line) cannot be screwed together.
Meanwhile, please try to reduce the AC input current. I hope it does help.
