AC300 15 Amp Charging Cable

Has anyone had issues with getting the supplied 15 amp charging cable (all black Weipu SP29) to properly thread onto the AC300?

It feels as if it immediately cross threads but my eventually fully seat (at the expense of the skin on your fingers). The two cables provided with our EP500s will thread on perfectly to the AC300, but are the blue/black Weipu SP29. The all black from the AC300 behaves the same on our EP500s as it does on the AC300.

Should we request a replacement from Bluetti?

I had some issues since I had to swap them around during installations. My solution is to lightly coat the threads on the male end (at the AC300 ports) with light machine oil. This will help to thread the aviation connectors for the AC charge cables, and for the PV connectors, too. This will improve the moisture resistance, too.
