Hello, just bought a new AC2A unit, AC2A2346001894962. Does not want to charge when connected to local 120 volts power outlet. Having E113 error Grid voltage high. Tried setting self-adaptation option on, charging mode silent, different power outlets, etc. Voltage from power outlet is at 121,1 volts tested with a multimeter, which is in the normal range here in Quebec (between 112 ans 125 volts AC). No firmware update in the Android app, current versions are ARM 2084,06 and DSP 2100,06. Advice or help needed. Thanks
Hi @Freakzilla
Welcome to the community forum!
I read about problems like that. Did you try to use another Plug in your house and see if the issue persists?
Did you buy a AC2A thats suitable for your location and grid voltage?
greetings
Erik
Hello Selfmadestorm,
Thanks for the reply. Yes, tried all solutions mentionned on the app, other outlets in the house, etc. Unit was bought at a local Canadian Tire store (which is a nation wide store chain over here), so IMO it should be suitable for my location and grid voltage.
Was also able to charge the unit thru the DC port using the supplied cable connected to a cigarette lighter plug and a 13,8 volts 30 amps power supply I have for a HF transceiver (since I’m an amateur radio operator); however the AC2A used only 13 to 15 watts for charging, so it was very slow. Took almost 24 hours to charge from 37% to 100%.
I have posted also in the app’s forum, and someone from Bluetti team replied over there that they solved that problem thru firmware, and that they registered my device to receive a new firmware update within 24 hours. I’ll post back there and here after doing the update to report. Cheers.
Hi @Freakzilla, We have applied to upgrade your DSP. Our IT department will push the DSP v2100.60 to your machine in 24 hours. Please upgrade it tomorrow.
Please do not load any device when upgrading it.
Please let us know if it works.
Hello, The 2100,60 update was available so I pushed it to the unit. Unfortunately the E113 error is still there. Tried switching unit off and on again but still the same. Voltage from power outlet is currently at 120,5 volts AC measured with a Fluke multimeter.
Hello, already tried, tried also to set it off and on again, did a factory reset, silent charging, etc. but no change unfortunately, still getting the E113 error.
Hi @Freakzilla, Our colleague from the APP forum informed me that she is already addressing your issue and has suggested checking the actual input voltage.
Did you post the same issue on the APP forum as well? Rest assured, our APP team will continue to follow up and handle this matter.
@BLUETTI @BLUETTI_CARE Im also getting the same error. E113. I have updated to the latest firmware, tried plugging in to other outlets, still the same error. please help
Hi @gpbmendoza14, We wonder is there any instability in the power grid in your area?
We suggest you log into the Bluetti app. After that, please go to Advanced Settings, find the Grid Self Adaptation mode, and then change the charging mode to Silent Charging. Does this make a difference?
I hope it does help.
