I recently purchased an AC2A, and I’ve noticed that the output fluctuates significantly. The fluctuations sometimes jump quickly, ranging from 34 to 80. Is this normal behavior?
Is there a way to troubleshoot this issue, or would it be better to return the unit for repairs? It’s been with me for less than two weeks.
I’d appreciate your guidance on resolving this.

Welcome @Phoenix1 could you let us know what you are using on the AC2A when you are seeing the fluctuation in watts.
Modem, router, desk lamp, laptop, small usb fan. Less than a 100 watts total
Hi @Phoenix1, We believe this is normal behavior. Laptops are highly variable loads, with power consumption changing depending on screen brightness, cooling fan activity, video playback. Additionally, their power draw can fluctuate depending on the battery’s state—charging or not.
So there’s no need to worry, you can continue using it as usual.

Hi, yesterday i used just the laptop just to test. When i plugged it, it went charging, but the output remained at “0”. The laptop had 80% charge on it. Is there any reason why the output never registered any movement?
