The AC2A was being used as a UPS for a cable modem, switch and router drawing a total of 30 watts. I had tested it several times by pulling the AC cord and it worked perfectly as a UPS and then suppled power to those units for 6-7 hours. A few days ago, we had a real power outage and the AC2A failed by shutting down. When I powered it back up the power button started blinking and there were 2 alarm icons flashing (fault and overload alerts), the AC and DC inverters would not turn on and the battery percentage display was at 99%.
In the app there was an error code of E074 (BMS System Fault). When going into the battery status the BMS was in standby. Tapping the group 1 battery icon I checked the alarm, error and protection status and it showed “no data” for all three.
Bluetti, is this fixable with an update? My SN is 2340000683737. My current ARM is v2084.04, DSP is v2100.04 and BMS is v2100.04.

I had the same exact issue yesterday, same model, same situation.
I bought an AC2A a month ago, and it was working fine as UPS for a modem, router and a small led TV. We had a power outage yesterday and the AC2A shut down, we powered it back up again and it’s showing the same exact alarms and error “E074”. Already tried shutting it down for hours but it has not been working since yesterday.
It’s my first experience with Bluetti and I’m pretty frustrated with this, because I bought this battery in USA and I’m from South America so now I’m worried I’ll lose my money if this can’t be fixed somehow without sending it back to USA, since sending it back for repair will be very difficult and costly. (To make this worse I also had to pay like +$100 in customs).
I was already planning to buy more and bigger batteries from bluetti next year because I was really enjoying the AC2A when it was working, but this experience has let me pretty frustrated and with no desires to buy any other power station from any brand because they seem to be pretty delicated if an outage is all it takes to break it (It has been like 10 years since I had a device being broken by an outage so I don’t really know what happened here).
Already contacted customer support yesterday, I’m waiting for a reply from them.
