The AC240P does not charge from a gasoline generator. Generator output 230V 50Hz.
Charging start, but stops after ~1sec. The station constantly “clicks”. There are no errors on power statation.
I tried all recomendet options, “Self-adaptive”, Reduce input current etc …

Hi @Genius, Please log into the app to check if all the firmware is up to date.
Meanwhile, please lower the maximum AC input current in the app under “Max Charging Current of Grid.”
Additionally, it is recommended to activate the Grid Self-adaption mode when using a generator for charging.
Enabling Grid Self-adaption mode helps the system better handle frequent voltage fluctuations and waveform distortions in the input.
However, a downside of the Grid Self-adaption mode is that in UPS mode, the switching time of the machine may increase, which could cause connected devices to lose power momentarily. Therefore, we recommend disabling the Grid Self-adaption mode when using the UPS function.
