AC200PL now charging

Hello.
When I try to charge AC200PL from grid it worked fine until this day.
I put the cable to the grid and bluetti wont charge. It displaying “GRID” text on the screen and L1 shows freq 50hz, voltage 232V, but power 0W.

I tried to change mode from STANDART UPS to CUSTOMIZED UPS and turn on CHARGING > ON, but this did not helped.

When i pull off the cable from grid, the GRID icon on the display is disappear.
Anyway, ac200pl dont charnging.

Any suggestions ?

Hi @lamukraine, There are many potential factors that could cause an inability to charge via the grid. Please help us troubleshoot step by step:

  1. Are you using a power strip? If so, please switch to direct wall charging. Does this help? We want to rule out issues with the AC power source itself.
  2. Please switch to Standard UPS mode and enable Grid Self-adaption in the app. This can improve grid charging performance.
  3. If the issue persists, try lowering the Max Charging Current of Grid in the app settings.
  4. We’d like to know if you have already connected to the Bluetti app. Please click the “!” icon in the top right corner to check for specific error codes.

Could you also provide us with the AC200PL’s SN code and the current firmware version?
