Currently, there are no existing issues. However, if there are any new updates, I would like to have an updated system.

All Bluetti Software and Firmware updates are pushed via the App on Android or Ios as soon as they are avaialable.
If you check periodically for updates via the App and there aren’t any present, you are up to date, nothing to worry about.
If you note an anomolly in the operation of your power station, notify @BLUETTI_CARE on the Forum, by tagging them in your post. This may instigate a Firmware update, and or, a possible Warranty ticket.

Hi @malts.puckers_0v, we noticed that your firmware is already the latest version, so no upgrade is needed.
As @Mandp mentioned, we will push out new firmware in batches as soon as it’s available, so please upgrade at that time.
We do have some test firmware that hasn’t been released publicly, but it’s only provided for users who encounter specific issues. Upgrading to it would offer no benefits to other users and is therefore unnecessary.

I sent a request for an AC200PL Firmware update for the case with the low voltage in the electrical network (180-230).
Could you please tell me how long the wait is? Unfortunately, it is urgent for Ukraine. I have only 1 hour to charge my battery. And it is impossible with 185v.

Hi @Vadym5, we’ve checked and found that your firmware is already up to date, and there’s currently no newer firmware available to push.
Could you please try enabling Grid Self-adaptation and Silent Charging Mode first? We hope this will help.
