AC200PL does not respond to app and shows zero output despite providing AC power

My AC 200 PL is behaving strangely:

  • it shows 0 AC output although AC is on and several devices are using its power ( approx. 100 watts).
  • it cannot be reached with the app, neither via cloud nor via Bluetooth.
  • pressen or even holding the power butting for more than 10 seconds has no effect - it just stays on.

A few days ago, I upgraded to your experimental DSP Firmware v2130.10.
Everything seemed to work fine until now.
Tonight, the device used AC input in UPS mode.
Now it is charging from PV around 50% SoC, which is also being displayed.

Okay, I seem to have solved it by

  • Disconnecting everything (including AC, PV, and B210 extension battery)
  • Long pressing the on-off button again
    – restarting
    – reconnecting everything.

It now seems to work fine again and I use the opportunity to upgrade to DSP v.xx.11
