Please let me know what settings need to be made for the AC200PL charging station when reconnecting to Wi-Fi. The situation is as follows:
the station is turned off, the charging wire is connected to the network. There is no mains power.
After some time, voltage appears in the network, the station turns on and starts charging.
At the same time, connection (reconnection after some time) to Wi-Fi does not occur automatically. That is, if you fail to connect once, no more connection attempts are automatically made, even though there is a Wi-Fi network and Internet access. There are still Wi-Fi sockets installed in the house - everything is fine with them in this connection/disconnection - they find the Wi-Fi network and I can access them in the admin panel.
AC200PL is offline in the Bluetti apps and there is no way to view the charging process.
That is, the problem is that the station is turn on, there is Internet and Wi-Fi network in the house, there is no remote access to the station. Please help.
@RomanUA Please try the following troubleshooting options.
Make sure the APP is the latest version.
Please check whether the machine has turned on the Bluetooth and WiFi function.
Long press AC+DC to check if there are Bluetooth and WiFi icons in the upper right corner of the display; if not, press DC to switch to page P06, then press AC to turn on the Bluetooth function, and press AC to turn on the WiFi function when switching to page P07.
WiFi band should be 2.4G and make sure the WiFi password is correct
Please turn off and turn on the Bluetooth and WiFi of the machine’s display and cell phone, and the cell phone needs to turn on the positioning.
Make sure the machine in the WiFi signal source and router signal range
If you still can’t connect, quit the account and try offline mode Bluetooth direct connection to see if you can connect the machine. If you can connect, maybe the signal is bad.
Thanks for the answer, but that’s not what I asked.
The station is connected to WiFi - there is an icon on the panel. In the application, the station is online. When the WiFi router’s power goes out and when it switches to backup power, the signal is lost for a few seconds and the station goes offline. When the WIFI router is restored (passwords and settings are unchanged), the station does not automatically restore the WiFi connection. To do this, you need to physically turn it off and turn it on again.
This is the problem
@RomanUA
If you frequently encounter issues where the WiFi cannot connect, requiring you to constantly turn the display WiFi off and on, or even restart the machine to connect to WiFi; you can provide the AC200PL’s SN code and IoT version number, and I will ask the tech team to push the IoT firmware to see if it helps.
