Hi,
I have a Bluettit AC200P, which I will use in a campervan.
I’ll hook up the 12V/25 Amps outlet to a fusebox, which will then power the components. To protect the cables and the fusebox, I’ll install a breaker, but I need help calculating the breaker size that I will put between the AC200P and the fusebox.
Below are the parts as I will install them.
- Bluetti AC200P (12V/25 Amps outlet)
- The cable from Bluetti is 12 AWG (~3.3mm²) (less than 1m (3 feet)).
- BREAKER AMPS?
- a 4mm² cable (~11AWG) (less than 1m (3feet)).
- The fusebox is 30 Amps
If you need 80% from the lowest component (25 Amps power outlet), I should get a 20 Amps breaker. Is this correct? (won’t that shut off the circuit constantly?)
Thanks for helping me out.
Kind Regards
