AC200P Not Charging- Faults Low Voltage and Over Voltage

The Bluetti AC200P unit I purchased does not charge more than my output when plugged into an outlet. I tried using the cigarette lighter to charge, but no charge came through. My typical load is 250w and the Bluetti only charges about 260w. The battery continues to drain. The Fault codes are:
PV/Car Over Voltage
PV/Car Low Voltage
PV/Car Over Current
DC Output Short Circuit
Adapter Over Voltage
Adapter Low Voltage
Adapter Relay Failure
Adapter over Current… ETC

I reset the error log and it charged at 450w for about 30 seconds before throwing error codes and dropping the charge back to a trickle. Please assist, thank you!

@Bam149 Please remove all loads, and completely drain the battery until it automatically shuts down, and then charge it with AC until it is fully charged and automatically shuts down. If the full cycle of charge and discharge can’t solve the problem, AC200P needs to be repaired.

Hi Ben interested to know if this fixed your solution, i have same issue loads of errors solar only getting 3 watt charge
