The unit shows it is wall charging from 0 to 100% in approximately 1 minute, and then fully discharges using a small fan using AC in roughly 2-3 minutes. I have repeated this cycle a few times with the same result.
Hello, if the SOC jump occurs, you can first check the BMS firmware on the APP to see if it is the latest version, and then do a charge and discharge cycle.
Hello, yes it is supported. You just need to download the Bluetti app from the App Store, bind your device, and then you can find the information you need.
Thank you for your patience! To help you resolve the connection issue, please follow these steps:
First, check if the APP is updated to the latest version.
Check if the Bluetooth function on the device is turned on. Long press the AC + DC keys and check if there is a Bluetooth icon in the top left corner of the display. If not, press the DC key to switch to page P06, then press the AC key to turn on Bluetooth.
Try restarting the device.
Please turn off and then turn on the Bluetooth on both the device and your phone.
If you still can’t connect, log out and try using offline mode to connect directly via Bluetooth. If you can connect, the issue might be due to poor phone signal. Please note that binding the device via Bluetooth after logging in also requires a good mobile network signal.
If you have already bound the device, try unbinding it and then reconnecting.
Try downloading the APP again.
If the APP does not display the machine’s SN under the binding interface, please consider a repair.
I hope these steps help you resolve the issue! If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us.
Hi @deanec, We are concerned that your AC200P may have been over-discharged, in which case AC charging might not work.
Could you please switch to slow DC charging methods? These include car charging and solar charging, which may be more helpful. Additionally, you could also try charging with both AC and DC power simultaneously. This method will not only help activate the battery capacity but also assist in troubleshooting issues with the adapter and the power grid. We look forward to your response.
By the way, please note that if you need my assistance, please @BLUETTI_CARE, otherwise, I might not see your message and be able to help you promptly.
I am trying that now. It’s been on both for about 6 hours, still currently reading 0%. Giving me an error #42 message intermittently, had been an error #43.
Hi Dean, This seems quite strange. Error code 42 indicates battery overvoltage (i.e., overcharging), in which case the battery needs to be discharged. Error code 43, on the other hand, indicates battery undervoltage (i.e., over-discharging), which requires charging the battery. These two error codes are opposites.
Currently, can the AC200P output power normally? If it can, please discharge it first—does it return to normal afterward?
If this doesn’t work, we’re afraid we’ll need to arrange for repairs.
