AC200P and constant error with solar panel 001 PV/Car Over Voltage

Hi
I’ve had an AC200P for a few months, and from the onset there’s been a problem when trying to charge using the solar panel provided with it by BLUETTI and I don’t have another solar panel to use for it.
There’s no issue when charging using the mains, that works fine.
But as soon as the solar panel placed in direct sunlight is connected to the power unit, a little bip bip noise starts and the 001. PV/Car Over Voltage error is triggered.
This doesn’t happen if the solar panel is connected with no direct sunlight ie no charge going in.
Has anyone any idea what the problem might be?
