AC200Max with B300 - solar setup

I have an AC200Max and B300. To max the solar harvesting I plan to add the following solar input:

  • 900w into the AC200’s solar input
  • 500w into the AC200’s AC input via a DC Enhancer
  • 500w into the B300’s solar input
I assume I should leave the AC200 and B300 connected to each other to equalize the batteries and to max the charge from the AC200 into the bigger B300.
    Is this all OK?

I have an AC200max and a B230, connected by the big expansion cord. I power the AC200MAX with the bluetti charger (DC7909 input), I power the solar input with another AC-DC charger. And I finally power the DC7909 input of my B230 with a third AC-DC charger. It’s a configuration very close to yours, and actually it works in all directions: that is to say that an energy input (solar, AC-DC charger) on any device (AC200max or B230/300) is capable of recharging not only the battery to which it is connected but also the other battery… and what is interesting is that even when the battery on which the solar or charger input is full, well it can charge the other battery further away which is not full.
These are additional, little-documented, features that demonstrate the engineering quality of bluetti products. And when I say this, I am not promoting Bluetti because I also have other batteries: oukitel bp2000 and B2000 which do not have this functionality.

Hello svonarx:
I also have the AC200MAX along with 2 B300 units.
For this setup I am using 2 PV350 (voc 37.5 each ) and one PV200 (voc 26.1 ) Total voc=101.1) That is safe. This setup in “series” gives me a combined output maximum total of 900W (sometimes a little more depending on temperature etc). That’s tied into the PV input section of the AC200Max.

I then connect 2 PV200 Panels (voc 26.1 x 2 =52.2 400W) using the D050S (D050s maximum input power 500W 12-60VDC, 10A)to the AC200Max through the AC input (t500) connection (AC input plug which is really a DC input)
This max’s out the AC200MAX’s input maximums (almost).
I haven’t tried connecting a T500W charger or a PV200 o the B300 units separately or combined with any other connections besides this connection.

This generally under favorable conditions can supply my batteries with up to 1300W of steady power.

Here is my panel setup about 3 hours after sunrise. A good southerly exposure but with a lamp post that adds to the fun.
