Hello, I noticed today that my ac200max pv input icon had changed to one I’d never seen before. I have 135v connected, I verified with a meter, but it was only charging at around 54v. I’ve attached a picture of the weird icon. Any ideas?
@RickH Will the input be higher if you unplug it again? The icon was strange. Could you please provide me with the SN and the firmware version and I can check if there is a suitable firmware to solve the problem?
@RickH I have some updates.
- Please check whether the DC input source is set to “other”. This icon seems to be the icon of the adapter.
- If the DC input source is set to “other”, please use a multimeter to measure the voltage of the PV charging line and conversion line to see if the line is pulling the voltage down.
I received the same icon in AC200MAX. My solar generator was exceeded 15A input at PV input channel before and all was running right (Bluetti was limited the current at 15A). Then I disconnected the PV cable and when I returned to connect panel I received this strange icon.
To solve this issue I cover the panel to reduce the current below 15A and connect the PV input, and the strange icon disappear. After that I return the panel to max input power (exceed 15A) and all running right.
What I can to think ? The Bluetti can limit the current at 15A (when the panel exceed) but only if the panel is connected with lower current. Then the current increase and it limit. But, if you connect the panel with exceeded current (higher then 15A) it enter in protection mode and shows strange icon.
