I have the AC200 MAX and the screen is dead, or so it seems. I can get the On/Off button to light up for a few seconds, and that is all.
I currently am attempting to charge it with the power supply and 12v power from a Jackery. When I monitor the charge through the Jackery, it says it is charging about 1 or 2 watts higher than with nothing plugged in. I don’t think the Bluetti is charging at all.
Truth be told, I had this plugged into the solar on my pickup, and it stayed in my pickup for the last year, even during freezing weather.
Does anyone know of a way to revive this unit, as it seems to be dead.
@Doug1 Can AC200MAX be operated through the APP? Can AC200MAX be discharged normally? If you can operate it through the APP, please provide the SN and firmware version, and I will send an ARM firmware version for you to try.
When you have the unit plugged into a source of charging (solar panels, AC or other) it will turn on and operate. When the source of charging stops (solar panels in the night, snow cover or bad weather) the unit still remains on and will draw power until the battery is exhausted. When the battery is exhausted most of the unit functions turn off while the main unit still uses what little remaining power there is until it gets to a point that charging no longer is possible. The only way I have seen for a consumer to revive a unit is to keep connected to a dc charging source for a full day or two in an attempt to wake the unit enough for normal charging to be allowed. If that does not work, I don’t know what to offer unless Bluetti can help. These units cannot be left unattended in a low state of charge without damage occuring.
I see nothing on the app. Numerous attempts to bring it up have produced nothing. I will keep it plugged in to two different charging methods, 12 volt from Jackery, and the 120 volt from the supplied charger, for a few days, but after over 12 hours charging it does not look very hopeful. Thank you for your response though. Are there any viable repair options for this?
