AC200Max pas accès bluetooth sur téléphone

Bonjour,
Je n’ai plus accès à mon AC200Max à partir de mon téléphone.
Je crois que c’est suite à une mise à jour.
Pouvez-vous m’aider ?

Thank you for reaching out! Please follow these steps:

  1. First, check if the app version is the latest in the APP.
  2. Check if the machine has Bluetooth enabled. Long press the AC + DC buttons and check if there is a Bluetooth icon in the top right corner of the display. If not, press the DC button to switch to page P06, then press the AC button to enable Bluetooth.
  3. Restart the machine to try connecting again.
  4. Turn off and then turn on the Bluetooth on both the machine and your phone to see if it connects.
  5. If it still doesn’t connect, please log out and try the offline mode Bluetooth direct connection. If it connects, the issue might be due to poor phone signal, as Bluetooth connections require a good network signal after binding the device.
  6. If the device is already bound, please unbind it and try connecting again.
  7. Try redownloading the APP.
  8. If the APP does not display the machine’s SN code regardless of what you do, please consider returning it for repair.

Also, could you please provide the machine’s SN code and the firmware version information so we can further assist you with the issue?

Merci de votre réponse.
1 - APP 3.0.0 sur téléphone android.
2 - Dans setting le bluetooth est bien activé (je n’ai pas de bouton AC, ni DC) juste un écran tactile.
3 - J’ai redémarrer la machine. ça ne fonctionne toujours pas
4 - J’ai éteint et rallumé le bluetooth sur la machine et sur mon téléphone. ça ne fonctionne toujours pas
5 - En mode hors ligne, ça fonctionne.
6 - J’ai délié et relié la machine et ça fonctionne.
7 - j’ai vidé le cache de l’APP. ça fonctionne
8 - Voici les infos SN : 2242001002490 - DSP : 4005.08 - ARM : 4008.05 - BMS : 1017.03 - HMI : 6037.04
Je pense que j’étais trop loin de la machine et pourtant ça fonctionnait bien mieux avant à la même distance.
