Je n’ai plus accès à mon AC200Max à partir de mon téléphone.
Je crois que c’est suite à une mise à jour.

- First, check if the app version is the latest in the APP.
- Check if the machine has Bluetooth enabled. Long press the AC + DC buttons and check if there is a Bluetooth icon in the top right corner of the display. If not, press the DC button to switch to page P06, then press the AC button to enable Bluetooth.
- Restart the machine to try connecting again.
- Turn off and then turn on the Bluetooth on both the machine and your phone to see if it connects.
- If it still doesn’t connect, please log out and try the offline mode Bluetooth direct connection. If it connects, the issue might be due to poor phone signal, as Bluetooth connections require a good network signal after binding the device.
- If the device is already bound, please unbind it and try connecting again.
- Try redownloading the APP.
- If the APP does not display the machine’s SN code regardless of what you do, please consider returning it for repair.
Also, could you please provide the machine’s SN code and the firmware version information so we can further assist you with the issue?
