AC200MAX lighting strike?

Had a close lighting strike and knocked off the ac current. The screen was working I turned the unit off after disconnecting the solar input now i have a blank screen and the power button blinks 3 times .

If your AC200Max is broken after a lightning power surge, you will need to arrange a (paid) repair. You could contact Bluetti for that. Repairs due to lightning strikes will not be covered by warranty but may be covered by your home (contents) insurance company. So you should contact your insurance first. They may have their own procedure to arrange repairs or replacement.

When the power button blinks 3 times is that a Bluetti trouble code??

I have a 200max connected with 2 b230 and 1200 watt of solar panels. We where having a pretty violent storm and a bolt hit our neighbor’s fence shattering a post . We actually witnessed the hit. My wife said the fridge was off and I had in running of the 200max thru a manual transfer switch. I went out and saw the ac side of the Max had turned off but the display was working. I went and shut the max down to reboot it and now I have no display and the light on the start button is blinking 3 times then pausing and blinking 3 times again.

I have the panels on a ground mount with grounding wires…a # 10 wire runs to a DC disconnect with a 25 amp fuse and then into the Max 200. Thanks for the help!!

The flashing power button typically indicates a BMS pre-charge failure. When PV charging and restart attempts don’t resolve this after a lightning incident, it usually means the unit has sustained internal damage and can no longer operate safely.

As wisely suggested by @TheQuickFox, please file a claim with your insurance provider - most policies cover lightning-related damage
