Hello there, my Ac200max bought in 2003. The led display is no longer lighting up when switched on.
Can you please help, I would like a repair or a replacement, many thanks.
Hi @Solarsam49 if you screen isn’t functioning send @BLUETTI_CARE a post with as much information as possible and most important your s/n and date of purchase and all firmware versions. You never know there may be a firmware fix for your problem it’s worth a try first. After that it will probably need a repair.

Hi @Solarsam49, we have a firmware update that can fix this issue.
Please provide the SN code and current firmware version of your AC200MAX so we can push it to you.
If the upgrade does not resolve the problem, please contact us for warranty service as suggested by @Ktt.
