AC200MAX is only charging to 65% from very first charge using AC out of the box

Newly purchased AC200Max is only showing 65% after AC charging for 24 hours. T500 500W Adapter was only showing Red. This was the first charge out of the box.

AC200M2315001462486 I just bought the system new 2 weeks ago.

The Bluetti App shows the following for Firmware

ARM
Current Version: v4030.16

DSP
Current Version: v4005.07

BMS
Current Version: v1017.03

@alex.freitasjr Please do the battery cycle to correct the SOC when the first use.

  1. Disconnect all loads, without any charging;
  2. Discharge until AC200MAX was automatically shutdown;
  3. Disconnect all loads, and then fully charge AC180 via AC (automatically stop charging).
