My Bluetti won’t stay on. It is showing error code 043 (BMS low voltage). It shows 100% charged and turns off. It has also shown 0% charged. It won’t stay on for it to charge with the AC adaptor. Also tried with a 12 volt charger, no luck. I have tried to clear the error code without success. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks

not sure if AC200Max does have App support, but when it does, did you try to update the firmware? AC200Max does have some problems for what i can see in this forum, which are fixed by firmware updates

Thanks for the reply. This is the only APP I have loaded. It paired for about 5 minutes and now no longer recognizes it. I’ll check to see if there is another APP.
@Tarbilly 043 means “ BMS Low Voltage”. Did you over-discharge the battery? Please try charging the battery for a longer time to see if it can be activated.
@Tarbilly There is only one App. Seems like it is actually empty then. As @BLUETTI_CARE mentioned, i would connect your unit to a AC Outlet for a long time. Most units starting to work again after this. Just let it charge the whole day.
