AC200MAX draining problem

Hello, my AC200MAX has been acting weird. Started giving a different reading every time I turned it on. So I did the fully empty/fully full treatment, but after it was fully charged and I turned it back on a few hours later it was 96, then later it was 63, then 26. Nothing connected. Anyone got any ideas? Thanks, Ben

I think the problem is solved. Did an update and after 24 hours it still reads 100%

Hi @Scibi, I am glad to hear that the problem is resolved.

However, we’d still wonder why the issue occurred.
Could you help us investigate?

In what kind of environment is the machine placed, and what are the temperature and humidity levels? Have you ever left the AC200MAX unused for an extended period? These factors might have affected the battery’s performance.

Here are some suggestions for storing the unit.

  1. Never store the battery empty, even for only a few days. LiFePO4 batteries might be unrecoverable if stored empty.
  2. Storage temperature: 0-40℃. Don’t let store the battery in a humid environment. Keep it away from fire as well.
  3. The optimal state of charge for long-term storage is 50%.
  4. The battery will slowly self-discharge over time. The battery should be recharged every 3-6 months.
  5. Don’t store the battery on its side. Keep it up straight.
  6. Don’t stack things on top of the unit. Don’t block the fan.
