AC200Max collapses by starting AC Mode

Hi,
one of our AC200Max does the following things:

  • starting automatically by getting current from pv
  • by switching on ac the system collapses and restart the whole unit
  • by switching on ac again, the system remains stable and you can use ac output

This is very creepy, because the computer wouldn’t like to be interrupted like above.

I need help in this case - bought July 2022
Regards

Hi @anjaco - this looks like a topic for @BLUETTI_CARE .

May I ask to confirm the meaning of “system collapse”? I’m not familiar with the term.

Do you mean one of these in particular?

  • System Shutdown on AC Activation: This implies the system turns off when the AC output is activated.
  • System Failure on AC Activation: This indicates the system experiences a failure when the AC output is turned on.
  • Power Outage on AC Activation: This suggests a loss of power occurs when the AC output is switched on.
  • System Reboot on AC Activation: This describes the system restarting when the AC output is activated.

On a side note, it’s 100% OK that the unit wakes up on solar input.
It’s however not ok to have any of the shutdown/failure/reboot as you turn the AC output on.
Support might begin witch checking your firmware version.
Can you already get this info?

@anjaco Do you mean when you turn on the AC, the AC200MAX will shut down until you turn it back on, then it will return to normal? And which device did you connected?

If the A200Max is on and you switch on AC Mode with a computer or Monitor or anything else with max. 250W, then the AC200max brake down and restart automatically, beginning with „initialisieren……“
Then you could have luck it works again.

Do you have some error messages ?
(Tap the ‘Alarm’ on the homepage to view the current error message: the fault indicator will display orange if a fault occurs.)

The error messages can‘t be saved, cause of direct reinitialising. But, as I wrote, you see the errorbell in orange first.

Wow! For me, a repair is more than likely.

I wrote an email to the europe support getting no reply! This we call service dessert
