AC200MAX Bluetooth App not working after update

I updated to the newest App and firmware. After doing so after a day the App cannot connect to the AC200MAX. If I go to the AC200MAX and toggle off and on the Bluetooth then the app can see it, but after a day it loses the connection and I have to toggle it on and off again. I have reloaded the app twice on my phone. Is there a way to go back to the previous version?

Hi @ericvbmt, We would like to know which specific firmware you upgraded—was it the DSP?

Could you provide us with the SN code of your AC200MAX and the current firmware version? This will help us investigate further.

When you mentioned that restarting Bluetooth allows for a brief connection, we’d like to know how long this connection lasts and whether it’s sufficient to complete a rollback to the previous firmware.

Yes Blue tooth should stay connected long enough to do a rollback. I lasts like 24hrs.

Is more than one device able to access your AC200MAX?
.
I ask because I normally use my ipad’s bluetooth to monitor my SOC. But if I happen to turn off the ipad’s bluetooth, my iphone’s bluetooth grabs the connection thus blocking my ipad from connecting. I then have to turn off iphone’s bluetooth.
Apparently my ipad and iphone don’t want to share :stuck_out_tongue:

For me, I can only connect one at a time. Most of the time I don’t have a problem switching between my phone and tablet, but occasionly this seems to happen with my AC200MAX.
I think if I connect too soon after disconnecting from the other is when it happens. Turning off and back on bluetooth on the previous device normally works, or if the AC200MAX is closer, I’ll turn bluetooth off and on through it. BTW, I’m using Android devices.

I had that problem/feature with my and my wife’s phones. This is a new problem after updating to the latest App. version. I wish only had to ask her to close the App. Now I have to go in the back of the RV and toggle on and off the Bluetooth from the base units screen.

Hi @ericvbmt, We have rolled back the original DSP firmware for you. Please downgrade to the previous firmware and test if this resolves the issue.

By the way, please note that if you need my assistance, please @BLUETTI_CARE, otherwise, I might not see your message and be able to help you promptly.
That is the reason why we can’t reply to you in time.
