Hi, I have a AC200Max and tried to connect a B300k to it. Both are fully charged and up to date on firmware (so the apps say) and app version. The battery information shows the 300k connected for a split second then disappears.
Might i add that the cable connecting the two did split open at the connection piece. i managed to put it back together and tape it so that it doesnt split open again.
A battery showing as offline and BMS version as “0.00” they are both conditions that occur when there is a communication error between the battery and the unit. When your battery connector “split open” did you see any damage of the internal cabling?
Are you able to lock the connector switch on both ends after connecting it?
Hi @kingvargas27, We are more than happy to assist you.
From the description, it seems the battery connection cable is damaged, which is causing the failure to transfer data and successfully connect the AC200MAX with the B300K. Is that correct?
We suggest you contact our customer service to arrange for a replacement cable. A broken cable is likely unable to transmit data. You can also send me a private message so that we can proactively follow up on this matter for you.
Thank you, @ndwr, for the explanation—it’s been extremely helpful.
