Greetings. My B300 battery has been showing connected with the charge level beneath the “DC” and “AC” selections on the app. but now it has disappeared. I checked the cables to ensure they were clicked. I powered both down and powered them both up starting with the AC200MAX. The app states I need an upgrade, but is unresponsive to start that process. Running an Android phone and did reboot it. I have been using this combination for a year or so. tx

if you have upgraded the application to 2.3.7 or 2.3.8 just press on the circle with the percentage in the middle.

Greetings. Thanks for your help and response! Yes I saw that in another post. I am at 2.3.8. However pressing on the circle with the percentage does nothing. I can see by the lights on the B300, that it is almost at 100% charge. But I miss the “warm fuzzy” feeling that the B300 is actually communicating without the display and therefore providing extra battery coverage. I do normally work in “offline” mode, if that would make a difference.
I found another post similar to this that stated to drop the Bluetooth connection. So I did that and it is now working when I click on the battery percentage. Thanks!
